[ucc-announce] AGM 2005: 22nd March 2005, 1pm

Where: Guild Council Meeting Room
When:  Tuesday, 22nd March 2005, 1pm

The venue is on the 2nd floor of the guild building, at the Oak Lawn
end. If you don't know where it is, just follow the crowd leaving
UCC just prior to 1pm.

The only item currently on the agenda is elections of committee
members:

 - President
 - Vice President
 - Secretary
 - Treasurer
 - Fresher Rep
 - Ordinary Committee Members x3

The first 4 positions are open to UWA students who are also Guild
members. The Fresher Rep position is open to a UWA student in 1st
year for the first time. The other positions are open to all
members. Nominations will be accepted during the meeting. Proxy
votes will not be accepted.
