[ucc-announce] UCC break-in this morning

Hi everyone,

As some of you may know, the University Computer Club was broken into by
unknown persons at 4:45am today. The cashbox was damaged and most of
the cash inside removed; the Gamecube, Xbox and associated controllers
and paraphenalia were taken.

The police were called. Anyone with any information is urged to contact
them on 9381 6811, or you can contact me on 0409 506 857. Your anonyminity
will, naturally, be preserved unless you request otherwise.

The UCC Committee will be discussing the security of the room at
tomorrow's meeting. There have been other thefts in Cameron Hall recently,
and the matter is on the agenda for SOC tomorrow night.

The cashbox is Out Of Order - Coke members can take your money and will
hold it until we have a new cashbox. Many of our Coke members are trained
in martial arts, and attempting to rob them may result in the loss of
head-neck connectivity.
