[ucc-announce] Write for the UCC Pirate Handbook

Well, it's coming up to the end of semester, which means it's time
for people to write down their thoughts about units in UCC's
unofficial Pirate Handbook.

If a unit was really awesome (there are some), write it down. If a
unit really sucked (there are oh so many of these), write it down.

It's not just computer science units either (we're not the CSSC),
any unit on campus is fair game for inclusion in the handbook. Let
future UCCans know the real truth about the units they're thinking
of enrolling in next year.
