[ucc-announce] Reminder: Fresher Guide Workshop Tomorrow

In case anyone missed it in UCC News, the 2008 Fresher Guide workshop is 
tomorrow night starting at 5:30PM! Anyone interested in contributing is 
encouraged to come along, whether it be to fix a spelling error or suggest a 
whole new section.

This year we would like to include with the guide a CD containing software 
useful to first-year students in computing, and an assortment of other free 
software. We will be working on this, too, so there will be something for 
everyone to do!

As a contributor, you get your name printed on the back of the guide and the 
satisfaction of knowing you have helped UCC produce another quality 
publication. If you are unable to attend but would still like to contribute, 
feel free to reply to this email with any changes you would like to see.
