[ucc-announce] UCC LAN: THIS SATURDAY, 6:30PM

Come blast away your annoyance at how late notice this LAN is at UCC's
POST-EXAM LAN EXTRAVAGANZA. There will be Team Fortress 2, Enemy
Territory, Warcraft 3 and all its spiny offspring, plus some more*!

The LAN begins this Saturday (the 28th) at 6:30PM and ends at 10am the
day after. It is free for everyone, and even includes free pizza if you
are so kind as so come a few hours early to help us clean up and get
ready! For everyone else, you can join in the Domino's order and get a
pizza for just $5 when we do the order at around 7:30pm. As usual, the
LAN will be taking place right next to UCC in the Cameron Hall loft.

You will need:
1x COMPUTER
1x MONITOR
1x KEYBOARD/MOUSE
1x LAN CABLE
And anything else you need to get your game on.

We can normally manage one power-point per attendee, so it is suggested
that you also bring a powerboard if you don't want to risk not being
able to find a convenient source of electrons.

The cleanup will begin at 1pm and is guaranteed to be infuriating enough
to have you 100% ready to kill things when the LAN begins. We won't be
requiring all door members to attend, but prospective door members would
do well to come along as show us all how responsible you are by carrying
around CRTs and wiping down surfaces.

UCC LAN is an alcohol and drug free event.
