[ucc-announce] UCC Annual General Meeting - 8th March 2011

This is the official announcement of the 2011 UCC Annual General Meeting 
which will be held on Tuesday the 8th of March 2011. The meeting will be 
held in the guild council meeting room on the second floor of the guild, 
commencing at 1pm sharp. Members who do not know the location of the room 
are encouraged to come to the UCC clubroom before 1pm as a group will be 
lead from there to the guild council meeting room.

As with all UCC general meetings, voting will be done with the "N-1" 
system. This is to say, for each position you may vote up to N-1 times, 
where N is the number of candidates. UCC does not allow proxy voting.

First time members are encouraged to run for the position of fresher 
representative. In this context, "encouraged" means that all freshers are 
automatically nominated for the position. Freshers may also run for other 
positions on the committee.

If you wish to add a motion to the agenda, please submit it to the 
secretary, in writing, by the 5th of March.
