[ucc-announce] Agenda Update for Ordinary General Meeting

Hello UCCans,

A reminder that the UCC Ordinary General Meeting will be held tomorrow
evening at 6pm in the Club Collaborative Zone, a gathering will be in the
UCC Clubroom beforehand, the venue may change to the Cameron Hall Loft at
short notice. Free pizza will be provided to all attendees.

The agenda now includes the election of a new Education Officer as of
events at the last committee meeting. Therefore, nominations for Secretary
and Education Officer are now being accepted and can be sent to
committee-only at ucc.asn.au.

Please note that other committee positions may become vacant due to
elections taking place at the meeting and those positions will subsequently
be filled at the meeting tomorrow. If anyone is interested in becoming a
part of the
committee, please come down and participate.

The constitution amendments will also be voted on as per the previous
agenda notice. Discussions on these will take place after the elections are
held.
