Hi all,

Please find attached two documents, firstly a copy of the revised
constitution which includes both the changes made on the 21st of October
2016 and the 14th of September 2017. Secondly there is a document which
highlights the proposed changes. This was created using latexdiff and is a
bit messy, but does clearly show the changes.
