[ucc-announce] Post SGM statement from committee exec

Dear UCCans, 

 After the SGM earlier this month, the UCC Committee is now working
towards coming together and focusing on what's most important, creating
the best club for you, the members of our club. In order to do that, we
need to restore trust in our committee. It has been too long that
members and past committee have been disillusioned with how our club
runs. 

As committee moves to create appropriate administrative reform, we hope
to work with everyone closely to this endeavour.
