[ucc-announce] UCC Annual General Meeting - 17:30 March 10 2020

Hi UCCans, 

This is your official notice for the Annual General Meeting which is
being held in the UWA Guild Council Meeting Room on Tuesday the 10th of
March at 17:30. 

The purpose of this meeting is to elect a full new committee for 2020.
The committee consists of the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- 3 Ordinary Committee Members
- First Year (Fresher) Representative 

If you would like to nominate yourself ahead of time for a committee
position, please email your nomination to the committee via
committee-only at ucc.asn.au. Nominations remain open until during the
meeting, and all received nominations will be publicised before the
meeting. Please note the President, Vice President, Secretary and
Treasurer are required to be UWA students and Guild members. 

If you wish to add something to the agenda, make sure it's received by
the secretary at least 5 days prior to the meeting. You can reach our
current secretary, Grace, via secretary at ucc.asn.au. Membership is
required to vote at the AGM - please make sure you have paid and filled
out a 2020 membership form, either on paper or via
https://portal.ucc.asn.au. 

The current agenda is as follows:
1. Reports from committee
2. Elections
