[ucc-announce] UCC Account Locking

Hey all! 

First, some good news: the online payments form has now been fixed on
UCC Portal. This means that you can renew your membership entirely
online at https://portal.ucc.asn.au! 

With that out the way, we are now doing account locking. If you haven't
paid for this years membership, please do so (either in the clubroom, or
on the portal) by midnight next Wednesday, the 6th of July. If you
don't, your account will be locked and you will be unable to use any of
UCC's services. Please message anyone on the committee or post a message
in #committee on the Discord server if you have any queries, and we will
do our best to answer!
