Hey all,

We will be holding an Ordinary General meeting in the Guild Council Room 
on July 21st at 2pm.

The updated agenda is:
Acknowledgement of country
Committee reports
Election of chair
Constitutional amendments

Changes to policy
Nominate James Arcus [MPT] and John Hodge [TPG] to be Life Members for 
their constant dedication and persistent services to the club.
General business

If you'd like to suggest constitutional amendments and policies, you 
need 2 financial members to submit a change to the Secretary at 
secretary at ucc.asn.au.
All agenda items must be finalised by 17th July. Please make sure you 
submit them before then.
