[ucc-announce] 50th Anniversary T-Shirt preorders

Hi all,

Pre-orders for the 50th Anniversary t-shirt are now open!  This form 
will be open until midnight on Monday 9th of September, so we can get 
them made in time for the 50th dinner!

Please fill out this form to preorder your 50th Anniversary t-shirt! We 
are endeavouring to have these available to pick up at the 50th 
Anniversary Dinner, but they will be available to collect after as well.

The shirts will be $40 apiece, and will only be obtainable from this 
order form and a small stock available at the 50th Anniversary Dinner 
(and will be more expensive on the night).

Shirts can be paid for before or at collection via EFTPOS from the 
clubroom or the dinner (+Square's 1.6% surcharge), or via bank transfer 
or cash (exact change only).

We are using the Gildan Heavy Cotton 5000 blanks, which are unisex 100% 
cotton t-shirts. We will be screen-printing the design on to them.
