Hey UCCans,

I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer break. The committee is still hard at work, aiming for a successful start to next year and next semester.

We have some events coming up and would love to see everyone there.

Firstly, there is the Uncharity Vigil on the 8th of February, starting at 5 pm. There is a gold coin entry fee and there will be raffles and other events for clubs to raise money. These events still require effort to put together though, so if anyone is interested in helping out either with set up or at the event, please contact the committee.

The second event that the committee is focusing on at the moment is O-day, 21 of February. This is a big day for most clubs as this is the main recruitment drive for the year. We will need as many volunteers as possible in order to achieve success. If anyone is interested in helping out for a few hours, please contact the committee. Door members please contact committee with either your availability or your apologies.

In order make sure that the club is clean prior to the start of semester, we are holding a clean up on the 15th of February, starting at 10 am. Anyone that come down and lend a hand would be appreciated.

See you all in the new semester!

Kind regards,
The UCC Committee
