    <p>Hi all,</p>

    <p>Just a reminder that the 2021 Annual General Meeting for UCC is

      this evening at 5pm.<br>

    </p>

    <p>The meeting will be held in the Guild Council Meeting Room, which

      is on the top floor of the Guild building. If you're unsure where

      that is, come to the clubroom around 5 minutes before and a

      committee member will show you the way. If you're arriving late,

      message our Facebook page or @committee on our Discord and someone

      will be able to help you out.</p>

    <p>This is your best chance to hear more what the club got up to

      over the last year, and to have a say in what we do in 2021 --

      either by voting on committee positions or maybe running for one

      yourself!<br>

    </p>

    <p><b>Agenda</b></p>

    <p>The agenda, as emailed and posted in the clubroom previously, is

      as follows:</p>

      <li>Election of Committee Positions</li>

    </ol>

    <p><b>Nominations</b></p>

    <p>Nominations are still open via email to <a

        moz-do-not-send="true" href="mailto:secretary@ucc.asn.au">secretary@ucc.asn.au</a>,

      and you can always nominate at the meeting itself if you're unsure

      ahead of time.</p>

    <p>We currently have standing nominations for:</p>

    <ul>

      <li>President: None</li>

      <li>Vice President: None</li>

      <li>Secretary: James Arcus</li>

      <li>Treasurer: James Arcus</li>

      <li>Ordinary Committee Member: Natasha Nicole<br>

      </li>

      <li>Fresher Representative: Natasha Nicole</li>

    </ul>

    <p>Please note the following eligibility requirements:</p>

    <ul>

      <li>President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer must be UWA

        students and Guild members</li>

      <li>Fresher Representative must be a first-year student at UWA</li>

    </ul>

    <p>If you plan to either run for committee or vote, don't forget to

      make sure you've paid your 2021 membership! In case you haven't

      yet, I'll be in the room most of the afternoon to take sign-ups

      and renewals.<br>
