[Unigames] CAMP 2017: DROIDS & DRUIDS

Hi Everyone,

I was under the impression I'd sent this email out a solid month ago but
apparently that was all in my imagination, so in case you weren't already
aware, we will be hosting Unigames Camp: Droids & Druids in less than two
weeks!


*WHEN*
4:00PM Friday 30th June - 10:00AM Monday 3th July

*WHERE*
Camp Leschenaultia
400 Leschenaultia Place, Chidlow, WA
*Campers will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the
camp. We recommend carpooling with other members.*

*WHAT*
The biggest solo event of the Unigames calendar, camp is a really great
weekend away with friends that is filled with boardgames, one-shots, and
Magic. We're also having a LARP, a quiz night, some campfire singalongs,
and we're bringing out the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider card game.

*HOW*
Tickets can be purchased from the clubroom for $100 for the next TWO DAYS.
On Friday June 23rd the ticket price will increase to $110. This ticket
covers the cost of three nights of accommodation and all meals.

Tickets are only available to existing Unigames members. All Non-UWA
students are required to provide a copy of photo ID (driver's
license/passport) upon sign-up.

Please ensure that you have read:
- all the details on the sign up form, available from the clubroom
- all the details in the attendee information pack* attached (most
importantly, if you sign up for our camp it means you have read and agreed
to our attendee's code of conduct)

*ALCOHOL*
Attendees may bring their own alcoholic beverages to camp. ALL of these
beverages must be surrendered to Camp Leaders upon arrival. Drinks will be
served back to guests by RSAs during designated drinking hours (Friday -
Sat 6:00PM - 00:00AM, Sunday 6:00PM - 10:30PM). All alcohol must be in
original, sealed containers. It is advised that attendees should only bring
beer, wine, cider, or pre-mixed drinks, and should not bring more than ~11
standards drinks for consumption over the weekend.

This is a drug free event. Failure to comply with the law or the event code
of conduct (attached with this email) will result in removal from camp, and
if necessary, the police being contacted.
