  *   LARP

  * Quite relaxed and held in UCC for the meeting, unigames have submitted the EMP for the mini-LARP, just need to to advertising, big Larp still being sorted, we will be on aesthetic,

  *   Club Carnival

  * On Tuesday, need to sort out a roster, Jack - all the time, picnic rug, bean bags, Annique has a small bookcase so we can bring books, we’ll bring graphic novels, game of thrones, harry potter
  * it would be really nice if promotional stuff was done by then, Jack and Kurt, bookmarks would be cool, Jack will help to move bookcase
  * Tardis is officially gone and maybe inflatable Dalek?
  *   Could someone Cosplay,

  *   OGM

  * Annique and Natasha have done the agenda,
  * if someone is up for life membership, they will need to leave the room so it can be discussed,
  * we want to moderate it more so at the election there is less gossip and more relevant discussion - just make sure that people don’t just badmouth people or give vague criticism.
  * agenda is going out tomorrow, so please send anything you want to add to the agenda before Friday

  *   Charity Vigil

  * No more news, date has been solidified, big ol group with other cameron hall people, it is happening,

  *   Open Day

  * Sunday 13th of August, open to general public, free stuff, Annique has put us down for a stall, same stuff as club carnival, we’ll get it sorted

  *   Halloween Party

  * Natasha is doing it and is one the super secret halloween Facebook group, Annique is going to be Space delegate which is weird.

  *   CWAP

  * Simon has spoken to Creative Writing and Poetry club and they are hype for a cross-club event,
  * they do it by submitting prompts and then voting for prompts and then submitting short stories
  * 3 categories - very short category, medium prose, poetry,
  * prizes - we’ll be doing the two prose and they’ll be doing the poetry, look to our sponsors and doubles, they can do certificates and things and a compendium of all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners since they began
  * limit on entries, 2 short prose, 1 long prose,
  * Harry asks about what we’re paying for, they’ll be doing lollies, we’ll be doing some prizes
  * they have creative writing workshops, we can advertise for it and it’s on halloween type stuff,
  * they have a cool website to sort this stuff out
  * Kurt and professional person can sort out advertising and stuff

  *   Relay for life

  * Have the Facebook page up, need to blitz social media, Kurt has joined the Facebook group for team captains, saturday to sunday, will include non-students, kids and stuff. neato old ladies who knit, now on riley oval, getting bigger each year, will be fewer laps, need to fight unigames, cheating by being better than us.
  * ruin committee’s hair, stagger it out, include ccc if they’re interested
  * donation boxes, few unsifa goes, last year Jono did the movies,
  * Lawn bowls as fundraising event - Kurt will be stealing that
  * Simon has found multi-colours leopard print leggings that are 6 dollars for fundraising.
  * Kurt will ask questions if needed and there will be training for running stuff.

  *   Camp

  * Had a camp sub-committee meeting, we discussed a range of options and decided that Ern Halliday and Woodman point would be our preferences with Leschnaultia as our fallback, unable to get deposit from DARE so we’ll factor that into the prices we’re looking at.
  * Campsites - went to Woodman point and Ern Halliday, both cost the same at 25.50/person/night
  * Woodman Point - large fenced off compound, really nice, only 24 people, main area did not have an entertainment space, looked at cottage - ten minute walk from jervoise - little kitchen, tv, 10 beds, would need to get both if we were getting them. some issues with how far way the cottage was. other issue is space and viewing area, slightly smaller than unisfa. real nice dorm if we wanted less people. felt more isolated than era halliday which is nicer, felt like a cult. too nice people. we’re not used to people being nice. one issue is considerable lack of parking,
  * Ern Halliday - music camp going on while they were there so photos are awkward to not take photos of children without their permission. separated kitchen and dorms, entertainment section, 2 sets of bathrooms, there is a fire pit, main area is nice, rec room/dining hall, lockable fridge, one problem with kitchen is that pilot light on stove cannot be turned off, nice laminated instructions on how to deal with, apparently it’s fine, it was fine but faint scent of gas. dorm is far enough from rec room that people can be loud and stay up really late without waking people. have 3 smaller dorms for male, female and overflow of either and one big one for mixed. has a bbq, outdoor dining area as well, volleyball court, large grass area, we do not have to share the grass area, fairly well isolated and separated from rest of camp, large mega oval that is next to area where we are, nice guy who complicated Annique’s outfit, why are people nice? secluded picnic lake area, could do picnic stuff, flying fox, rock-climbing, abseiling, pipe zone, have a sick BMX track that they just made, hire this area out with bikes, could be amazing for LARP? may or may not be okay for us to wander over if they are unsealed by the time we go there.
  * Ern Halliday is not an isolated camp but the dorm feels more isolated. Some people have said that they like camps that they have to travel far to get to but depends on where people live and stuff.
  * Motion to go to Ern Halliday for Camp - motion passes unanimously
  * We’re going to Ern Halliday!

3. Screenings

  *   Monday - Game of Thrones/American Gods w/Nat
  *   Tuesday - Danganronpa w/Finley
  *   Wednesday  - Wynnona Earp w/Annique
  *   Thursday - Book Discussions w/Leah
  *   Friday - OGM w/Committee, ?/?

4. Tenancy

  *   Busy bee

  * that was exciting, the room was cleaned, microwave and under the fridge were horrifying,

  *   Tenancy meeting

  * stairwell is being painted, can paint the room because technically not structural, can change the curtains as long as outside doesn’t change, work orders now so can’t just email tenancy continuously.
  * got permission for painting, curtains and floors, they are willing to get campus management onto getting the floors sanded and sealed which is exciting.

  *   Tenancy sub-committee

  * we made a plan for how to get started but then tenancy were really nice and hopefully
