Things for Your Eyes
* We are getting a new logo! We need your help to come up with an amazing idea to represent our club’s interests that will hopefully last for a while. To submit an idea just message either Natasha or Theo a general description of your idea and maybe a draft of your idea. Submissions will close on the 15th of December so happy brainstorming!
* Unisfa Goes to the Star Wars Midnight screening tonight! There’s still time to come to the Innaloo cinemas and watch the newest Episode with Unisfa people!
* Unisfa Goes to the Christmas Panto Friday the 15th! Come to the Dolphin Theatre and get tickets for A Princess’ Guide to Dragon Slaying at 7pm!
* Guess who’s got the best club in Cameron Hall and is making a podcast? These guys! We’re looking to do a podcast over the summer break and are just wanting to get an idea of who is interested in doing what whether it be writing/acting/sound production or just want to be a part of it in some way! We want people of all experience and skill levels so just join the podcast Facebook group Uniscast that’s part of the Unisfa Facebook group and get involved!

* Had a brief discussion after camp with attendees about what they liked and disliked
* Everyone seemed happy about it
* Simon says that we should have a price list of things we’re selling in the kitchen and main room and Annique agrees.
* Minor miscommunication issues when arriving and finding the keys but it was sorted out very quickly and smoothly.
* Location is wonderful, people enjoyed it.
* More people found it convenient than didn’t like how close it was
* The beds are pretty nice compared to other camp locations
* Had a dishwasher and we loved it so much
* A better timetable for next time with printed copies
* Serve all meals outside, better section it off so if people are not doing cooking/there for a reason, they aren’t allowed there
* More cereal and juice
* Day long tickets could be an idea? - Jack was thinking just for people who can’t go for the whole weekend but a partial amount ticket could work. An idea for next time
* Bring coffee machine next time
* A list of everything to bring and who’s bringing it would be good on the day so there aren’t a lot of messages on the day between committee members
* Harry would like to have a weather post a lot earlier
* Annique is happy with how we could adapt when it got too hot for LARP so we postponed it until it got cooler which worked well
* Simon would like more rigid events with events being opt out not opt in
* A clean-up roster on the last day
* Annique would also like the briefing to be more rigid and have clearer rules
* Theo would like the briefing to not be when people are doing dinner prep
* Natasha - briefing during dinner so people have to listen?
* Bathrooms were really nice
* Mi Goreng as the last meal and wraps as the last lunch were good to use up leftovers
* Have RSA’s not act as waiters, have to go with them and get the alcohol instead of just ask them to get it for them.
* It was a good atmosphere where people didn’t get too drunk, it was a reasonable level
* Archery was good - people liked it
* Harry will work out the objective cost of food and then report back
