... are in your mailboxes upstairs (and for clubs I've thrown in a copy of 
the minutes from the last meeting, as promised).

Two things I've left off the forms are:
1. You can join up with another club if you don't have enough numbers on 
your own;
2. There will be an information table on the Oak Lawn where you can leave 
promotional material about upcoming events, or your club in general. NOTE - 
anything that you want to put out MUST be be approved by me first, by Monday 
9th the latest.

Get your forms in now! And get fired up... there's $1000 in cash for the 
winning team, and many others along the way!!
