Judging only by what was posted, today at 5pm sharp sounded pretty
popular, Matt notwithstanding. Pick a time, venue and agenda, announce
it, and don't move it at the last minute for ad-hoc reasons, because it
won't help attendance anyway.

You can always have another meeting next week - scheduled and minuted
by the end of this week's one.
