[URC] AR Licence Workshop, Sunday 28th November

So... to kick ourselves along a bit, URC is planning to hold an amateur
radio license workshop during UCCCamp 2004.

We're thinking midday-4pm on Sunday 28th November (happy birthday to
me!) - if you only want to come along to that, you needn't come to the
whole UCC camp, of course, but it'll be fun! It occurs to me that we
need to check the timing - do we have to leave that morning by 10am or
anything?

We'll probably be able to cover what we need to easily pass the
proposed Foundation class exam, try out Shig's rig, and listen to a
regular broadcast that goes out on Sundays.
