Fair enough. I've had sod-all experience with DOS in the last few years
and am glad of it, being much more familiar with Linux. It sounds like
for you, the reverse is true - and I'm not going to try to stop you from
using DOS :)

I've put it at http://cp.yi.org/cameron/wizard/ along with the other
stuff. (There's the PDF that Bernard pointed you at, a gzip'ed binary
"g2-lf-11.gz" that is apparently a Linux graphics driver, some
etherboot-related stuff and some photos.) There: now everything I got
on the CD is online! :-)
