[Wizard] 3 new wizards - won't detect HDDs

I bought a Wizard last week and had the exact same problems. The disk
had trouble spinning up, and the few times it did come up it would
soon die again (sometimes quietly, sometimes with horrible clicks of
death).

I took it back to Netway and it worked fine with their power supply.
Seems that the power supply (which I hadn't brought along, grr) is
dodgy and not supplying the HDD with enough juice.
