[CDG5] Random questions

Hi guys,

I finally pushed an initial decompressor for the InstaCompOne algorithm to
Github, see
https://github.com/maximumspatium/ResDecompress/commit/6316cac2c5bbb88e23604be93493ac0f2bac2ff9

Although it currently decodes the gnld #0 resource just fine, the Huffman
tables are still incomplete. Moreover, no optimization attempt has been
ever made. It definitely need more testing.

Anyway, I consider it a good starting point...
