Max,
I found it when I was trying to figure out what they used to compress
the installer "tome" files. I have the Installer SDK somewhere -- I
was going to post a link to it once I found somewhere sane to stash
it.
If you already have your brain wrapped around InstaCompOne, I'll leave
you to it.
