[CharityVigil] Sponsor letter

I have prepared a letter to give to sponsors,
it is 2 pages,
the first is background info,
the second is hard details.

It isn't finished,
I am still waiting to get a logo from Unisfa.
but can people please read it and get back to me
on whether they think it is good or not.
