[committee] Applying for coke. As in, entry into the coke group.

Hi, I'd like to apply for entry into coke.  I'm pretty sure that I'm responsible enough.  I'm also around quite a bit.

If you are wondering whether we need more coke members, go into the clubroom during a weekday and there should be someone with an opinion on this.
