[committee] VPN access for non-UWA librarians

Hnnh, that's fair enough, how silly of me.

We're not sure how many people are coming, but there aren't that many
librarians in Perth. We aiming at around 60 people, but I can't
imagine that more than 50% of them will need wireless access. Heck, I
would be surprised if even 10 people want wireless access.

I'm happy to deal with the tech support myself - SNAP isn't exactly
demanding in terms of system requirements. I'm sure I could arrange
some sort of reward for anybody that's willing to help me out if
things go pear-shaped. As I said, this event is (hopefully) going to
be free, so our attendees can't expect much.

As for bandwidth, one person may want to show off Second Life, but I
can't imagine them doing more than just Web browsing, checking email
and/or blogging.
