No, because your membership from last year retroactively paid for
things like your account back to O'Day, so you need to renew for
'07.

Well, we have one, and we have the dev licenses. This fits in with
our promise of offering user accounts to help free software dev.
As far as I'm concerned, we just need to nut out the details of how
we give them accounts, and how we lock it down if required.
