[committee] Quiz Night

Hey guys,

It's starting to get pretty close and we've got a few things that we
need done as soon as possible:

Tickets.  Judging by last year, $5 per ticket was adequate, we need
about 30ish people at that rate to break even on Tav which is going to
be our biggest cost. If we get less than 50 people, I'll be thoroughly
disappointed.
Now, we need a set of tickets designed, printed, numbered and then
distributed for sale. Previously we've had we've had 0..N/2 for UCC
and N/2+1...N to UniSFA. All the remaining tickets after the quiz
night get tallied up so we know how to split the profits evenly. Do
not lose them, do not 'replace' them, do NOT give them out and have
people "pay you later". They MUST be paid for BEFORE you give them
out.

Posters.  We haven't got any yet. Someone want to come up with a
snappy design, whip something up (with the guild logo on it!) and then
print out a couple to get authorised by the guild for display. Take
them to Jono, get his approval and then print a shitload more to place
up everywhere, including pillars in the guild Cameron Hall doors etc.

Plus finalising our giftables. We need someone to go through and chase
up places in person with letters again, say Tomorrow (or today) and
start to Pick Up some of those prizes. I'd especially like it if
someone went to White Dwarf - I didn't get a chance to hand a letter
to Tim the other day and he'll more than likely give us some cool
things, like the Giant Plush Microbes last year.
