[committee] Clubrooms in Cameron Hall

Dear interested parties,

So before exams, I had a brief chat with our Guild Presidient, Dom Rose.
He's a really nice guy it seems, but the crux of things is that:
a. clubrooms aren't going to be in Cameron Hall in a few years
a. i. there's no real choice in this: they're going to gut the building and
start again. (Which is probably a good thing)
b. We're going to go to second floor of the guild building
b. i. (This) guild don't intend to screw us over by not letting us have a
clubroom

The end of the conversation I had with Dom was that basically we shouldn't
try to improve our club rooms in the near future, but that he's happy to
come and have a little meeting with interested parties regarding this. And
have a look at our club rooms (he hasn't seen them).

UniSFA really would prefer that we could tame our clubroom a little before
he comes to look at it: we are currently mid-stocktake so it is chaotic in
here. Basically, not next week but the week after is good for us. How
about you guys? What kind of time should I suggest to Dom (Around lunch
maybe??). Any days preferable? I guess it would be best to have the
presidents and VPs of the clubs there at least.

My other concern is that if too many people come to this meeting it will be
a total waste of time. So, maybe if each committee can put thought into
questions they want to ask Dom, what the needs of the club are etc etc
before getting to the meeting, that would be great. So... rather than
everyone just ROCKING UP, maybe interested parties should email (their)
committee with the concerns they want aired and the committee can be the
democratic voice of the people. Aww, idealism!

UCC and Jason - I trust you can distribute this info to your members.
