Hi Amber,

This sounds really good. We're having a big cleanup on Saturday, and some
kind people liberated many of our items, making the tidying process even
easier, so any time after that should work. Both Conrad and I would like
to come along for the UCC.

I want to pull out that cheese-filled management maxim - "there are no
problems, only opportunities". In the cheerful land of unicorns and
rainbows in my head, we use this move to acquire a clubroom more
appropriate to our needs (e.g. with a roof) and manage to engage the
Guild in some genuine dialogue about our desires.

Off the top of my head, topics for discussion might include:
 - the timeframe we're looking at for the move (or as much is known at
   this point)
 - which rooms in the building are slated for clubs (did you actually mean
the first floor of the Guild building?)
 - the current services and resources of the clubs
 - the various desires of the clubs for equipment, space, and facilities
 - possible changes to clubroom access policies

UCC committee and interested folks; what would you like to see from a
clubroom move? What concerns do you have? Let the committee list know!
