[committee] UniSFA-UCC Quiz Night

i was at their meeting today and may 1st came up as the best date
considering everything else on. I forgot to mention this at the committee
meeting so apologies there, however i idnt see any problem with this date so
i think we just need an agreement by committee and then we can go see Gary.
I can do it as i will be there from about 3 tomorrow if need be
