[committee] Unused Telephone Extension Numbers

The Telephone Exchange needs to retrieve unused extension numbers. We propose to retrieve all unused extension numbers that have not made a call on them since 1st January 2010.


If there is an extension number in your section, that appears on your bill as not having made a call, that you wish to retain for a particular reason, please inform us as soon as possible with the extension number you wish to retain, along with the business justification for retaining.
