[committee] Meeting this week

Ok we have enough people for quorum so we will have a meeting. This is
going to be a little different because otherwise the meeting will take
forever with the budgeting, so I've cut the agenda right down. I've also
written some rough steps on what we need to do, but I've never actually
done a budget on this scale before so I would love some help/comments.
Budgeting
---------
- Could be done on a spreadsheet using the projector
- Current account balances
- Income over last year
- Expected income in coming year
- Expenses in coming year
- How much do we want to keep in reserve or add to our investments?
- The five above items tell us how much we can spend (can we work most of
this out before the meeting?)
- What do we want to spend money on? Some ideas:
- Heathred upgrade
- Events
- Chairs
- Couches
- Coffee table
- Tools
- Software
- A couple of clubroom machines
- Or we could just allocate the money into some general pools and have a
specific allocation to things that we're sure we want to do (eg heathred).
