Sounds like a cool idea, but I've got a few questions:

-How likely is this to get approved by the guild? I thought the loft was 
actively used as shared space by a whole bunch of other clubs?

-The design constraints mention the project area being near the sink, 
but the proposed plans don't include the current cupboard/sink block in 
the middle of the room, and there's no sink on the plans. I'm assuming 
this means you plan to remove the sink entirely? I would guess the 
current sink is where is now for a good reason, and moving it would be 
very expensive...

-The proposed plans all seem to show the end staircase as being open and 
unsecured, at least at the top - I'm assuming the door is at the bottom 
of those stairs?

-That's a lot of volume to air-condition - who's going to pay for the 
giant air conditioner, and who's going to pay for the power to run it?
