Honestly, not super likely. I'ld rate it at <50% chance of happening.
That is my personal opinion.
We have a vague kind approval from the guild staffer in charge of the
masterplan.
What we are currently doing right now, is trying to build a case to
put before guild on the 1st of December.

The loft in for all intents and purposes used only by 2 clubs.
Us on a monthby basis for LANs/TechTalks etc,
and Unigames on a daily basis.
The current UCC clubroom would become common space.
There are some relations to be done with Unigames to get there support.

Plans (and constraints) are still up in the air.
I believe currently the projects bench area is not on the plans at all
(but i could be wrong).
We indent to remove the current sink area.
I doubt it would be too expensive to move it about 1m to put in near a wall,
but that is something to look into.

Idaelly yes, but I believe regulations prohibit that, (requiring a 1
square meter of landing space before a door, or some such).
I think it hasn't been added to the pictures yet.

The cost of a large air conditioner is one of many things we will have
to speak sponsor ship for. The cost of putting in walls, i suspect
will be much greater.

The way we pay for power is a little interesting. As of the last time
I looked in to it, we technically pay for power as part of our tenancy
agreement with guild, however guild lacks the capacity to work out
which club uses how much power. So they take it out of the grants
pool, for everyone. However the tenecy agreement did change last year,
and i can;'t remember if this was changed. Either way we effectively
don't pay for power.
