I believe it is on the basis that Unigames literally can not afford to 
pay 1/3rd the upfront costs.
As it is I have issue with Unigames being able to pay 1/5th costs. 
(Unigames is in poor financial straights because of recent thefts).
The deal is that Unigames will only get 1/5th the profits as well.

I will send a transcipt of the discussions by Unigames, in more general 
regards in a seperate email.
(I have permission to do so)
