Good idea. Tendency contradicted the fact that we have huge insurance.

Where is the key for the built in lock kept?
We have affixed our combi lock to the outside, which is good, but
Unigames did have a key for the built in.
Some where safe? duct taped to the inside?

I object to the nonfollowing of procedure.
Applicants and reapplicants to door must email the door mailing list.
So that door may voice any objection.
This is because the club trusts door to know the other club members, and
how suitable they are/continue to be.
In this case I do have objection:
* It is very common for our door members to send apologies, when overseas.
* When he was removed, it the removing committee did so with full
knowledge that he was out of the country, but chose to do it anyway,
because of this expectation of apology.
* Rowan France is not actually the kind of person we want on door. Door
members should be friendly and welcoming (as per the door letter).
Rowan will admit that he takes great pleasuring in making people
uncomfortable.

Please inspect the minutes from last year:

- [ASH] moves that we can refund people for snacks and drinks, with two
signatures from the exec, as long as it is recorded at the next meeting.
   - 4 for, 1 against, 2 abstain, motion passes
I suggest reading all around that section.

I think we can completely get away with [SAS], going to the quiz night.
We can have him clearly marked with a label on his head: "Under Aged UCC
President"
We can try, I suggest [SAS] sending an email/talk to Gary, after all the
worst is they say no.

I am so much less mad now.
This could be Ok.

If wheel is not informed, it may be that (semi-)scheduled maintenance
happens at that time.

Wheel group is responsible in the eyes of the University for the use of
our IP address range.
While wheel can hide under the incorporated club,
wheel is going to be getting the emails if torrenting occurs etc.
