Hi Chris,
As part of the Low Risk EMP submitted for the camp, we acknowledge that
UWA may audit the event under Section 6.
What an audit actually is is not defined clearly anywhere in the UWA Event
Management Plan. Thanks for your email; I do intend to ask for
clarification on this.
To quote the request directly: "any relevant documentation as noted on
your approved EMP". I believe the wiki page includes the vast majority of
this documentation. If they require more information, they will have to
clarify exactly what is needed, and committee as a group will need
to discuss the issue.
Regardless of what is required by the audit, the information on the wiki
should be freely accessable to assist with management of the camp in future.
Email correspondance that has been included is all either from publicly
accessable archives, or contains only those parts of conversations written
by myself.
