Here is my application for door:==== Open Questions ====
Q: Why do you want to be on door?
A: Because I'm often here late at night or early in the morning and there is sometimes a lack of a door member to open the room, additionally, door members seems to be in short supply to hold the room late at night, and as someone who is in the UCC room til late (especially after 6) I would be happy to be able to perform this service.
Q: What difference will putting you on door make?
A: There will be another door member present to hold the room, especially after 6 at night.

Q: Where would you find door policy?

Q: Why do we have door members?
A: To maintain a secure, friendly environment in the clubroom.
Q: What are the 3 key attributes of door members?
A: Courtesy, honesty and responsibility.
Q: There's a fire in the machine room. What do you do?
(Please include who you should contact at the university, with a phone number.)
A: Evacuate members from the clubroom. Trained people should use the fire extinguisher located at the top of the stairs to put out the fire. Security should be contacted, on 2222, and then a wheel member should be called, to assess damage, and associated risk.
Q: Who should you contact with questions/concerns about the policy?
A: The committee, reachable at committee at ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au

Q: What is the coke machine code to unlock the door?
A: 55
Q: If someone is violent, refuses to leave, or otherwise poses a danger to people or property, you should call UWA Security. What is their number? Give both the emergency and non-emergency numbers. (Hint: This information is posted above the phone in the clubroom.)
A: Emergency: 2222
Non-emergency: 3020
Q: At what time of night will security come around to kick you out if Committee hasn't got a letter from the Guild permitting people to be in Cameron Hall?
A: 11pm

Q: Please briefly describe how the door system works (what runs on what, what programs, what hardware).
A: Dispenses on merlo, via serial connection which goes to usb door relay which then opens and closes the electronic door.
Q: If for some reason you cannot dispense door from the snack machine, how else should you open the door (there are at least 2 methods)?
A: -Login from the corridor thinterm
-Via webdispense
-Call the President or Vice-President (Sam or Sam)
Q: Who has clubroom keys on their person and who is able to get the *clubroom* key out from guild reception?
A: President and Vice-President, UCC Execs can get it from the Guild reception.
Q: Please list all the things you need to check are done/locked before leaving Cameron Hall.A: -Make sure lights, fans, and other appliances in the clubroom are turned off.
-Make sure room is tidy
-Close and lock machine room, tool cupboard and finally the clubroom.
-Finally close both stairwell doors.
