Hi Un-Ai,

some tips about how to make things look like spam, and on writing a
professional email.
In priority particular order.

1. Have good subject lines. This is the only part of your email most
people will read: A better subject line would be "Member Signup
software, by Student Services Australia"

2. Don't use a gmail email address. Ideally a organization email
address. Since Student Services Australia owns the
http://www.studentservices.com.au/ domain. They should be able to
provide you with a unai.jo at studentservices.com.au. or a @joinform address.
If not, then at least use a corporation email, such as a student email.

3. Consider tone. "haha", "ya" vs "you", "+" vs "and"

4. Don't stretch words. No Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkk.

5. Don't use multiple exclamation marks.
/"Multiple exclamation marks," he went on, shaking his head, "are a sure
sign of a diseased mind."/ - ReaperMan/ Eric, Terry Pratchett,

6. Have a signature. Eg
Un-Ai Jo
Project Liaison "Join Form"
Student Services Australia

7. Don't start your subject likes with the word Re, this looks like it
is a response which will mess with people's mail sorting (mentally, or
through software).

Just some tips, that I hope will serve you well, thoughout the long life
of sending emails ,
we all have ahead of us.
Feel free to ignore this.

May I publish your email (and this discussion) on to my website, that
others may learn.
It already on the Unisfa-committee semi-public archives (only available
to anyone who joins the list, which is free and automated.)

I may or may not look at recommending your software to the clubs I am
involved in
(We'll see once I look at the website).

Kind Regards
Lyndon "Frames" White
Many times former student club committee member.
