Hey Isaac,

Come into the clubroom at any time where someone is there and ask for a 
door or committee member, they will be able to give you a form and a 
fresher guide.

Alternativly, you could print and fill out the form before coming to 
UCC to speed up the process http://www.ucc.asn.au/2014membershipform.pdf

You can see if the clubroom is open by visiting http://webcam.ucc.asn.au/
It is generally open from 9AM til 5PM during Uni days
