Hi Andrew,

I am aware of who was sitting at the machine last Monday night. I also
hoped that we could settle this without degrading into a shouting
match/wheel war. This decision was arrived upon by the committee during a
committee meeting.

>From discussions with the involved parties and people in the clubroom the
following day, it appeared as if you were the ringleader in this instance.
If this was not the case, please let us know. However the reason for the
difference in punishments is due to past interactions with the parties
involved. If you this is not correct or you think that we are treating you
unfairly, please let the committee know.

As outlined in the email below, the reason for the account locking is due
to what we gauged the intention behind the actions to be and the events
following them. It was made apparent that you are trying to control the
club by any means possible, when this is not within your rights. The club
is run by the committee under the guidance of the constitution and
policies made under it. If you have issues with the way the committee is
running the club, and you feel that the committee is not listening to your
concerns, there are measures within the constitution that allow you to
take appropriate action.

If you would like to catch up with me after the AGM tomorrow, let me know
and I will make sure that I have time for you. We are willing to leave any
disciplanary action until after this meeting.

Regards,
Mitchell Pomery
