Ah. Although with that information I have now found this one which says
"If your group is smaller than 500 people, you can invite your entire
group to the event by clicking Invite all members while creating your
event. For larger events, you must select the members you'd like to
invite. Keep in mind that if someone removes themselves from a group
event, they can't be added again."

I guess remove 33 members and then see if you can invite everyone to an event?
