[committee] Groups are broken on the website

Hi Grace

Having a quick look at this, with the help of archive.org.

The page is still there:

https://www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/groups/

The link appears to have disappeared from:

https://www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/

https://web.archive.org/web/20180315221653/https://www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/

The capture in 2018 still has it, so the content has been changed somewhere between now and then ...
