[committee] Groups are broken on the website

Should it not be changed back/ added elsewhere for ease of user?

Having a quick look at this, with
the help of archive.org.

The page is still
there:

The
link appears to have disappeared from:

https://web.archive.org/web/20180315221653/https://www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/

The
capture in 2018 still has it, so the content has been changed somewhere
between now  and then
...
