[committee] Dooring - borrowing

Hi Bob,

It would appear that you have removed the club's oscilloscope from the 
clubroom, apparently without asking or informing any member of door or 
committee, nor updating the https://wiki.ucc.asn.au/TheftBook.

According to you, you have now had it in your possession for 
approximately two months.

Whilst we do not have any specific guidelines regarding borrowing, I 
believe that there has been ample opportunity to inform committee and/or 
door, through some means, that you had taken club property. Items of 
significant value, especially, should generally not be removed from the 
clubroom unless under exceptional circumstances and with approval from 
the committee. Consider that the HTC Vive is of similar value and is not 
typically allowed to be used without committee supervision.

I would respectfully request that you return the oscilloscope to the 
clubroom at your earliest possible convenience, at the absolute latest 
by the evening of 2019-04-22. Failure to do so will result in further 
action.

Please note that your dooring is effective immediately and until the 
next committee meeting. An exception to this dooring may be made for the 
sole purpose of returning the equipment to the clubroom.
