Hi Jill,

Sorry for the late response.

Since the event was so popular last year, it would be a shame for us to 
not be involved in some way. However, as a club UCC is not really keen 
to be involved in eSports in general and so we can't offer much in terms 
of running the event collaboratively.

Having discussed with the committee, we will allow UWA Sports to 
purchase a club/faculty membership with UCC for $25 (which is our 
regular non-student/non-Guild membership price) and create an account 
which lets you log into the clubroom desktop computers. During the event 
you will be allowed to use this account to login to as many PCs 
simultaneously as you wish, and we will try to find a volunteer to hold 
the room open who can also provide assistance with setup, installation 
of software, games, etc., including the use of the projector screen.

Last time the eSports event was run, it did quite extensively disrupt 
the regular usage of the clubroom, and we would like to emphasise that 
UCC's regular usage priorities will continue to apply during the event 
and so people may be asked, within reason, to leave a computer so that 
it may be used for study- or club-related work.

In addition to the clubroom desktops and the projector screen, we would 
be able to provide support for networking such as WiFi, loaning 
additional equipment including a second projector screen for the Loft, 
and eventual LAN cabling in the Loft, should you wish to use it. Note 
that network and computer access is typically reserved for UCC members 
but for the purposes of the event, UWA Sports will be permitted to 
provide its own UCC account / login information for the use of event 
attendees, at its discretion.
