[committee] Cancelling UCC Camp 2019

Hi Paul,

I'd just like to let you know we'll be cancelling our camp this year. 
Unfortunately we barely had enough volunteers to staff the event and 
certainly not enough attendees to cover the minimum booking fee.

So you know, if we run camp again in future years, we will likely be 
considering Manjedal Activity Centre as an alternative venue, since it 
is more cost effective and has better facilities.
